By purchasing an admission ticket, you enter into a contract with the bathing establishment and thereby recognize the following bathing regulations as legally binding.
1) Obligations of the bathing facility
2) Obligations of the guests
2.1 Admission tickets, keys, data carriers, prepaid cards; charges
(1) Use of the bathing facilities is only permitted with a valid admission ticket according to the price list. The price list is part of the bathing regulations.
(2) Admission tickets must be kept for the entire duration of the visit to the baths. Lost admission tickets will not be reissued. The visitor must leave the baths or purchase a new admission ticket.
(3) A deposit may be required for keys or data carriers issued on the basis of the applicable price list.
(4) The admission ticket, issued keys or value cards must be returned when leaving the baths.
(5) Lost keys or data carriers must be replaced. Consumptions booked are to be paid for by the customer.
2.2 Instructions of the bathing facility staff
(1) Guests are obliged to follow the instructions of the responsible bathing facility staff without restriction.
(2) Anyone who violates the bathing regulations or bans on the use of certain facilities of the bathing complex (e.g. slide, diving tower, sauna) or restrictions within the meaning of point 1.3. para. 2 or disobeys the instructions of the responsible staff may be expelled from the baths by the staff or another representative of the bathing complex without any entitlement to a refund of the admission fee.
(3) In particularly serious cases, a ban on future visits may also be imposed. In the event of non-compliance, the guest is liable to prosecution for trespassing.
(4) In the event of approaching storms, the instructions of the pool staff must be followed and, if necessary, the outdoor pools must be left in good time for safety reasons.
2.3 Hygiene regulations
(1) Bathers are obliged to maintain the utmost cleanliness in the entire bathing facility; a cleaning charge may be levied in the event of willful soiling. The barefoot area may not be entered with street shoes
(2) The bathing facility is to be used with normal, hygienically impeccable swimwear (e.g. swimsuit, bikini, swimming trunks, footwear, etc.).
(3) The bathing facility may not be visited by persons with illnesses that could pose a risk to the health of other bathers (e.g. acute risk of infection).
(4) For reasons of hygiene, a shower must be taken before entering the pool. The showers must be turned off immediately after use.
(5) The use of soap, shampoos or detergents and the washing of swimwear in swimming and bathing pools is prohibited.
(6) Shaving, hair coloring, manicures and pedicures are not permitted in the entire facility, including in the showers and changing rooms.
(7) Waste (bottles, glasses, cans, paper, etc.) must be disposed of in the waste containers provided.
2.4 Refraining from hazards and nuisances
(1) Every bather is obliged to show consideration for other bathers, especially with regard to noise. They must therefore refrain from doing anything that could disturb or even endanger other bathers.
(2) The boundaries of the bathing area may not be transgressed.
(3) All facilities and equipment in the baths may only be used for their intended purpose (e.g. children’s paddling pool, non-swimmer area, water slides).
(4) The usual rules of decency applicable in public facilities must be observed. Any immoral, sexual or other offensive intimate acts are not permitted and may be punished with a ban from the premises (without reimbursement of admission fees already paid) and criminal charges.
(5) Photographing and filming people without their express consent is strictly prohibited.
2.5 Jumping area
(1) Diving is only permitted in pools or parts of pools designated for this purpose, at the times prescribed for this purpose and in accordance with the instructions of the pool staff.
(2) Diving may be restricted or prohibited if there is a corresponding number of visitors.
(3) Jumpers must ensure on their own initiative that other bathers are not endangered.
(4) In the diving area, guests in the water must take special care to ensure that they do not endanger themselves or other bathers due to the diving operation. Swimmers and divers must show consideration for each other.
(5) In diving pools or parts of pools set up exclusively for this purpose, use by other bathers during diving operations is only permitted to the extent that smooth diving operations that do not endanger bathers are possible. Instructions given by pool staff must be followed in all cases.
2.6 Use of pools, equipment etc.
(1) The equipment and facilities offered in the pool (e.g. water slides) are to be used in accordance with the rules of use.
(2) Users of the equipment and facilities must ensure that other bathers are not endangered. Bathers who are in the vicinity of equipment and facilities must ensure that the users of the equipment and facilities do not endanger themselves or other bathers. Bathers must be considerate of each other and there is a special duty of supervision for minors.
(3) The instructions of the staff must be followed at all times.
2.7 Use of additional facilities
(1) Sun loungers, table tennis equipment and other facilities may be used for as long as stocks last, subject to a corresponding usage fee.
(2) Each bathing guest may only use one seating or lounging area. If this is not used, a longer-term reservation by placing towels, bags, etc. is not permitted.
If necessary, these items may be removed by the pool staff
(3) Compensation must be paid for any damage to the seating or sunbathing areas.
2.8 Deposit and loss of items
(1) Valuables must — if possible — be deposited at the pool cash desk against receipt or locked in the lockers provided for this purpose; no liability is accepted for valuables otherwise brought into the pool area.
(2) Any items found must be handed in at the pool cash desk against receipt. These will be kept in accordance with the legal regulations or handed over to the authorities.
(3) No liability is accepted for the theft or loss of unattended valuables (cell phone, wallet, etc.).
2.9 Consumption of food, alcohol and beverages
(1) Food and drinks may only be consumed in the designated areas.
(2) The use of glassware is prohibited in the barefoot area.
2.10. Miscellaneous
(1) Any kind of commercial activity or advertising in the area of the bathing facility requires the consent of the owner of the facility.
(2) The general smoking ban in Section 13 (1) of the Tobacco and Non-Smoking Act (TNRSG) applies. Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas.
