Guidelines

1) BOOKING

In the low sea­son, book­ings of the camp­ing hous­es / chalets are only pos­si­ble from a min­i­mum stay of 3 nights and in the high sea­son only from a min­i­mum stay of 4 nights.

When you book, we will only con­firm the cat­e­go­ry.
Spe­cif­ic house num­bers can­not be booked.

By accept­ing our offer, you agree to our book­ing and can­cel­la­tion con­di­tions.

The camp­ing hous­es are avail­able from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacat­ed by 10 am on the day of depar­ture.

The deposit is 50% of the basic rent. Upon receipt of your deposit, your book­ing for your vaca­tion in the Camp­ing House/ Seechalet is fixed and you will auto­mat­i­cal­ly receive a writ­ten con­fir­ma­tion from us. You pay the remain­ing costs on site on depar­ture. If we have not received the amount by the date spec­i­fied in the deposit request, your reser­va­tion will be can­celed.
The Camp­ing House/Seechalet is at your dis­pos­al from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacat­ed by 10 am on the day of depar­ture. In the event of late arrival and/or ear­ly depar­ture, all booked days will be charged in full. On the day of arrival you can arrive until 9 pm. In the event of an unan­nounced delay, the accom­mo­da­tion will be real­lo­cat­ed the fol­low­ing day from 12 noon with­out any com­pen­sa­tion on our part.
Changes to your reser­va­tion of any kind must be made in writ­ing. Changes are only valid if they are con­firmed by us in writ­ing. Depend­ing on the effort involved, € 50,- will be charged for any changes. Infor­ma­tion pro­vid­ed over the tele­phone and addi­tion­al agree­ments of any kind are only part of the con­tract if they have been con­firmed by us in writ­ing.
100% of the deposit will be retained in the event of:
  • Can­cel­la­tion at short notice 1 — 30 days before booked arrival
  • Can­cel­la­tion on the day of arrival
  • unan­nounced non-arrival
If you can­cel ear­li­er (up to 30 days before arrival) a can­cel­la­tion fee of € 100.00 will be charged, which will be deduct­ed from the deposit. The remain­ing amount of your deposit will be refund­ed.
