By purchasing an admission ticket, you enter into a contract with the bathing establishment and thereby recognize the following bathing regulations as legally binding.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t
1) Oblig\u00ada\u00adtions of the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty <\/div><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/summary>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t1.1 Grant\u00adi\u00adng use of the facil\u00adi\u00adties, assump\u00adtion of risk by guests\n(1) The bathing estab\u00adlish\u00adment allows guests to use the facil\u00adi\u00adties of the bathing estab\u00adlish\u00adment at their own risk with\u00adin the frame\u00adwork of the pro\u00advi\u00adsions of these bathing reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions.\n(2) It is not pos\u00adsi\u00adble for the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty or its staff to gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly pre\u00advent dan\u00adgers or acci\u00addents. In par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar, guests them\u00adselves bear any per\u00adson\u00adal health-relat\u00aded risks asso\u00adci\u00adat\u00aded with their use of the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty. The same applies to injuries and oth\u00ader intru\u00adsions into the per\u00adson\u00adal sphere of the bathing guest by oth\u00ader guests or oth\u00ader third par\u00adties who are not mem\u00adbers of the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty staff.\n(3) Th ebathing facil\u00adi\u00adty assumes only the fol\u00adlow\u00ading oblig\u00ada\u00adtions towards guests.\n\n1.2 Open\u00ading hours and grant\u00adi\u00adng of access\n(1) The bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty is required to allow access to the facil\u00adi\u00adty dur\u00ading the open\u00ading hours announced on the notice board or by the bathing staff.\n(2) If the per\u00admit\u00adted num\u00adber of vis\u00adi\u00adtors is exceed\u00aded, the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty may pro\u00adhib\u00adit access to fur\u00adther vis\u00adi\u00adtors with the help of the respon\u00adsi\u00adble staff. In such cas\u00ades, vis\u00adi\u00adtors must expect wait\u00ading times\n(3) The bathing com\u00adplex reserves the right to refuse entry to per\u00adsons whose admis\u00adsion to the baths appears ques\u00adtion\u00adable with\u00adout giv\u00ading rea\u00adsons.\n(4) Ani\u00admals are not per\u00admit\u00adted. Excep\u00adtions are ser\u00advice dogs of the police and res\u00adcue ser\u00advices as well as guide dogs, assis\u00adtance dogs and part\u00adner dogs, inso\u00adfar as this is nec\u00ades\u00adsary for the ful\u00adfill\u00adment of their tasks.\n\n1.3 Con\u00addi\u00adtion and oper\u00ada\u00adtion of the facil\u00adi\u00adties\n(1) The bathing estab\u00adlish\u00adment is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for ensur\u00ading that the facil\u00adi\u00adties are set up, oper\u00adat\u00aded and main\u00adtained in accor\u00addance with reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions. In par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar, the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty must com\u00adply with all applic\u00ada\u00adble hygiene and safe\u00adty reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions. The bathing estab\u00adlish\u00adment has no fur\u00adther oblig\u00ada\u00adtions.\n(2) As soon as the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty becomes aware of a mal\u00adfunc\u00adtion, defect or dam\u00adage to the facil\u00adi\u00adty or indi\u00advid\u00adual areas that no longer guar\u00adan\u00adtee safe oper\u00ada\u00adtion, the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty shall imme\u00addi\u00adate\u00adly pro\u00adhib\u00adit the use of the facil\u00adi\u00adty or restrict its use in an appro\u00adpri\u00adate man\u00adner.\n\n\n\n1.4 Mon\u00adi\u00adtor\u00ading com\u00adpli\u00adance with the bathing reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions\nThe bathing com\u00adplex mon\u00adi\u00adtors com\u00adpli\u00adance with the bathing reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions by guests and oth\u00ader per\u00adsons present on the bathing com\u00adplex premis\u00ades as far as is rea\u00adson\u00adable with the help of its respon\u00adsi\u00adble staff. If irreg\u00adu\u00adlar behav\u00adior is detect\u00aded, the per\u00adsons con\u00adcerned will be warned and may be expelled from the facil\u00adi\u00adty if nec\u00ades\u00adsary.\n1.5 Assis\u00adtance in the event of acci\u00addents\nThe employ\u00adees of the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty will pro\u00advide first aid as soon as rea\u00adson\u00adably pos\u00adsi\u00adble or will ini\u00adti\u00adate the nec\u00ades\u00adsary assis\u00adtance mea\u00adsures. If nec\u00ades\u00adsary, first aid mate\u00adri\u00adals are avail\u00adable for bathers from the pool staff. In the event of an acci\u00addent, all bathers are required by law to pro\u00advide first aid until the arrival of qual\u00adi\u00adfied emer\u00adgency ser\u00advices.\nAcci\u00addents must be report\u00aded to the pool staff as soon as pos\u00adsi\u00adble.\n1.6 Assis\u00adtance in the pre\u00adven\u00adtion of report\u00aded dan\u00adgers\nIf an immi\u00adnent dan\u00adger to the health or life of guests is report\u00aded to the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty by guests, in par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar to the respon\u00adsi\u00adble staff, the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty will make rea\u00adson\u00adable efforts to avert this dan\u00adger imme\u00addi\u00adate\u00adly with the help of its staff.\n1.7 Vis\u00adits to the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty by peo\u00adple with dis\u00adabil\u00adi\u00adties\nPeo\u00adple with dis\u00adabil\u00adi\u00adties must assess for them\u00adselves whether and to what extent they are able to use the respec\u00adtive bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty. If peo\u00adple with dis\u00adabil\u00adi\u00adties require assis\u00adtance, the pool staff may be asked for sup\u00adport, which must be pro\u00advid\u00aded prompt\u00adly, with pri\u00ador\u00adi\u00adty, pru\u00addent\u00adly and in a ser\u00advice-ori\u00adent\u00aded man\u00adner, depend\u00ading on the assess\u00adment of the sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion, the nature of the request and capac\u00adi\u00adty.\n1.8 Super\u00advi\u00adsion of under\u00adage and adult minors and non-swim\u00admers\n(1) The per\u00adsons oth\u00ader\u00adwise respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the super\u00advi\u00adsion of minors and non-swim\u00admers who are under the age of major\u00adi\u00adty and of legal age shall be respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the appro\u00adpri\u00adate super\u00advi\u00adsion of these per\u00adsons.\n(e.g. legal guardians, rel\u00ada\u00adtives or appro\u00adpri\u00adate super\u00advi\u00adsors or care\u00adgivers) must pro\u00advide appro\u00adpri\u00adate super\u00advi\u00adsion for these per\u00adsons. When using the attrac\u00adtion facil\u00adi\u00adties, the duty of super\u00advi\u00adsion is increased. The duty of super\u00advi\u00adsion remains in force even if the per\u00adson respon\u00adsi\u00adble for super\u00advi\u00adsion does not enter the premis\u00ades of the pool oper\u00ada\u00adtor or leaves the premis\u00ades pre\u00adma\u00adture\u00adly.\n(2) The applic\u00ada\u00adble youth pro\u00adtec\u00adtion reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions, in par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar alco\u00adhol and smok\u00ading bans, as well as oth\u00ader oblig\u00ada\u00adtions of those respon\u00adsi\u00adble for super\u00advi\u00adsion or guardians etc. must be observed by the young peo\u00adple and their super\u00advi\u00adsors or guardians.\n(3) Non-swim\u00admers and chil\u00addren up to the age of 10 may only enter the bathing estab\u00adlish\u00adment with an accom\u00adpa\u00adny\u00ading and super\u00advis\u00ading per\u00adson.\n\n1.9 Super\u00advi\u00adsion of group vis\u00adits\n(1) In the case of group vis\u00adits, the respon\u00adsi\u00adble super\u00advi\u00adsor or, in the case of clubs and oth\u00ader orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions, the respon\u00adsi\u00adble offi\u00adcial must ensure com\u00adpli\u00adance with the bathing reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions and bear full respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty for this. The rel\u00ade\u00advant super\u00advi\u00adsors must be present for the entire dura\u00adtion of the group vis\u00adit.\n(2) These super\u00advi\u00adsors must main\u00adtain due con\u00adsul\u00adta\u00adtion with the super\u00advi\u00adso\u00adry staff of the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty in order to ensure that oth\u00ader nor\u00admal bathing oper\u00ada\u00adtions are not dis\u00adturbed by the group vis\u00adit.\n\n\n1.10. Lia\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty of the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty\n(1) The bathing estab\u00adlish\u00adment is only liable for dam\u00adage caused to bathers by it or its staff as a result of unlaw\u00adful, in par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar non-con\u00adtrac\u00adtu\u00adal, and cul\u00adpa\u00adble behav\u00adior. The bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty accepts no lia\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty for dam\u00adage to third par\u00adties caused by objects brought in by guests.\n(2) The bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty is not liable for dam\u00adages caused by dis\u00adre\u00adgard\u00ading the bathing reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions, any oth\u00ader reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions for use or by dis\u00adre\u00adgard\u00ading the instruc\u00adtions of the staff, by oth\u00ader own fault of the injured par\u00adty or by unavoid\u00adable events or force majeure, in par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar also by inter\u00adven\u00adtions by third par\u00adties. Con\u00adtrib\u00adu\u00adto\u00adry neg\u00adli\u00adgence shall lead to a cor\u00adre\u00adspond\u00ading appor\u00adtion\u00adment of dam\u00adages. The same applies anal\u00ado\u00adgous\u00adly to any spe\u00adcial rules of use post\u00aded at the respec\u00adtive equip\u00adment and facil\u00adi\u00adties (e.g. for the slide, div\u00ading tow\u00ader, sauna, etc.) as well as any pro\u00adhi\u00adbi\u00adtions or restric\u00adtions on use with\u00adin the mean\u00ading of point 1.3. para. 2.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

2) Oblig\u00ada\u00adtions of the guests <\/div><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/summary>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.1 Admis\u00adsion tick\u00adets, keys, data car\u00adri\u00aders, pre\u00adpaid cards; charges<\/p>

(1) Use of the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adties is only per\u00admit\u00adted with a valid admis\u00adsion tick\u00adet accord\u00ading to the price list. The price list is part of the bathing reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions.<\/p>

(2) Admis\u00adsion tick\u00adets must be kept for the entire dura\u00adtion of the vis\u00adit to the baths. Lost admis\u00adsion tick\u00adets will not be reis\u00adsued. The vis\u00adi\u00adtor must leave the baths or pur\u00adchase a new admis\u00adsion tick\u00adet.<\/p>

(3) A deposit may be required for keys or data car\u00adri\u00aders issued on the basis of the applic\u00ada\u00adble price list.<\/p>

(4) The admis\u00adsion tick\u00adet, issued keys or val\u00adue cards must be returned when leav\u00ading the baths.<\/p>

(5) Lost keys or data car\u00adri\u00aders must be replaced. Con\u00adsump\u00adtions booked are to be paid for by the cus\u00adtomer.<\/p>

2.2 Instruc\u00adtions of the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty staff<\/p>

(1) Guests are oblig\u00aded to fol\u00adlow the instruc\u00adtions of the respon\u00adsi\u00adble bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty staff with\u00adout restric\u00adtion.<\/p>

(2) Any\u00adone who vio\u00adlates the bathing reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions or bans on the use of cer\u00adtain facil\u00adi\u00adties of the bathing com\u00adplex (e.g. slide, div\u00ading tow\u00ader, sauna) or restric\u00adtions with\u00adin the mean\u00ading of point 1.3. para. 2 or dis\u00adobeys the instruc\u00adtions of the respon\u00adsi\u00adble staff may be expelled from the baths by the staff or anoth\u00ader rep\u00adre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtive of the bathing com\u00adplex with\u00adout any enti\u00adtle\u00adment to a refund of the admis\u00adsion fee.<\/p>

(3) In par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar\u00adly seri\u00adous cas\u00ades, a ban on future vis\u00adits may also be imposed. In the event of non-com\u00adpli\u00adance, the guest is liable to pros\u00ade\u00adcu\u00adtion for tres\u00adpass\u00ading.<\/p>

(4) In the event of approach\u00ading storms, the instruc\u00adtions of the pool staff must be fol\u00adlowed and, if nec\u00ades\u00adsary, the out\u00addoor pools must be left in good time for safe\u00adty rea\u00adsons.<\/p>

2.3 Hygiene reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions<\/p>

(1) Bathers are oblig\u00aded to main\u00adtain the utmost clean\u00adli\u00adness in the entire bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty; a clean\u00ading charge may be levied in the event of will\u00adful soil\u00ading. The bare\u00adfoot area may not be entered with street shoes<\/p>

(2) The bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty is to be used with nor\u00admal, hygien\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly impec\u00adca\u00adble swimwear (e.g. swim\u00adsuit, biki\u00adni, swim\u00adming trunks, footwear, etc.).<\/p>

(3) The bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty may not be vis\u00adit\u00aded by per\u00adsons with ill\u00adness\u00ades that could pose a risk to the health of oth\u00ader bathers (e.g. acute risk of infec\u00adtion).<\/p>

(4) For rea\u00adsons of hygiene, a show\u00ader must be tak\u00aden before enter\u00ading the pool. The show\u00aders must be turned off imme\u00addi\u00adate\u00adly after use.<\/p>

(5) The use of soap, sham\u00adpoos or deter\u00adgents and the wash\u00ading of swimwear in swim\u00adming and bathing pools is pro\u00adhib\u00adit\u00aded.<\/p>

(6) Shav\u00ading, hair col\u00ador\u00ading, man\u00adi\u00adcures and pedi\u00adcures are not per\u00admit\u00adted in the entire facil\u00adi\u00adty, includ\u00ading in the show\u00aders and chang\u00ading rooms.<\/p>

(7) Waste (bot\u00adtles, glass\u00ades, cans, paper, etc.) must be dis\u00adposed of in the waste con\u00adtain\u00aders pro\u00advid\u00aded.<\/p>

2.4 Refrain\u00ading from haz\u00adards and nui\u00adsances<\/p>

(1) Every bather is oblig\u00aded to show con\u00adsid\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion for oth\u00ader bathers, espe\u00adcial\u00adly with regard to noise. They must there\u00adfore refrain from doing any\u00adthing that could dis\u00adturb or even endan\u00adger oth\u00ader bathers.<\/p>

(2) The bound\u00adaries of the bathing area may not be trans\u00adgressed.<\/p>

(3) All facil\u00adi\u00adties and equip\u00adment in the baths may only be used for their intend\u00aded pur\u00adpose (e.g. chil\u00addren\u2019s pad\u00addling pool, non-swim\u00admer area, water slides).<\/p>

(4) The usu\u00adal rules of decen\u00adcy applic\u00ada\u00adble in pub\u00adlic facil\u00adi\u00adties must be observed. Any immoral, sex\u00adu\u00adal or oth\u00ader offen\u00adsive inti\u00admate acts are not per\u00admit\u00adted and may be pun\u00adished with a ban from the premis\u00ades (with\u00adout reim\u00adburse\u00adment of admis\u00adsion fees already paid) and crim\u00adi\u00adnal charges.<\/p>

(5) Pho\u00adtograph\u00ading and film\u00ading peo\u00adple with\u00adout their express con\u00adsent is strict\u00adly pro\u00adhib\u00adit\u00aded.<\/p>

 <\/p>

2.5 Jump\u00ading area<\/p>

(1) Div\u00ading is only per\u00admit\u00adted in pools or parts of pools des\u00adig\u00adnat\u00aded for this pur\u00adpose, at the times pre\u00adscribed for this pur\u00adpose and in accor\u00addance with the instruc\u00adtions of the pool staff.<\/p>

(2) Div\u00ading may be restrict\u00aded or pro\u00adhib\u00adit\u00aded if there is a cor\u00adre\u00adspond\u00ading num\u00adber of vis\u00adi\u00adtors.<\/p>

(3) Jumpers must ensure on their own ini\u00adtia\u00adtive that oth\u00ader bathers are not endan\u00adgered.<\/p>

(4) In the div\u00ading area, guests in the water must take spe\u00adcial care to ensure that they do not endan\u00adger them\u00adselves or oth\u00ader bathers due to the div\u00ading oper\u00ada\u00adtion. Swim\u00admers and divers must show con\u00adsid\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion for each oth\u00ader.<\/p>

(5) In div\u00ading pools or parts of pools set up exclu\u00adsive\u00adly for this pur\u00adpose, use by oth\u00ader bathers dur\u00ading div\u00ading oper\u00ada\u00adtions is only per\u00admit\u00adted to the extent that smooth div\u00ading oper\u00ada\u00adtions that do not endan\u00adger bathers are pos\u00adsi\u00adble. Instruc\u00adtions giv\u00aden by pool staff must be fol\u00adlowed in all cas\u00ades.<\/p>

2.6 Use of pools, equip\u00adment etc.<\/p>

(1) The equip\u00adment and facil\u00adi\u00adties offered in the pool (e.g. water slides) are to be used in accor\u00addance with the rules of use.<\/p>

(2) Users of the equip\u00adment and facil\u00adi\u00adties must ensure that oth\u00ader bathers are not endan\u00adgered. Bathers who are in the vicin\u00adi\u00adty of equip\u00adment and facil\u00adi\u00adties must ensure that the users of the equip\u00adment and facil\u00adi\u00adties do not endan\u00adger them\u00adselves or oth\u00ader bathers. Bathers must be con\u00adsid\u00ader\u00adate of each oth\u00ader and there is a spe\u00adcial duty of super\u00advi\u00adsion for minors.<\/p>

(3) The instruc\u00adtions of the staff must be fol\u00adlowed at all times.<\/p>

2.7 Use of addi\u00adtion\u00adal facil\u00adi\u00adties<\/p>

(1) Sun loungers, table ten\u00adnis equip\u00adment and oth\u00ader facil\u00adi\u00adties may be used for as long as stocks last, sub\u00adject to a cor\u00adre\u00adspond\u00ading usage fee.<\/p>

(2) Each bathing guest may only use one seat\u00ading or loung\u00ading area. If this is not used, a longer-term reser\u00adva\u00adtion by plac\u00ading tow\u00adels, bags, etc. is not per\u00admit\u00adted.<\/p>

If nec\u00ades\u00adsary, these items may be removed by the pool staff<\/p>

(3) Com\u00adpen\u00adsa\u00adtion must be paid for any dam\u00adage to the seat\u00ading or sun\u00adbathing areas.<\/p>

2.8 Deposit and loss of items<\/p>

(1) Valu\u00adables must \u2014 if pos\u00adsi\u00adble \u2014 be deposit\u00aded at the pool cash desk against receipt or locked in the lock\u00aders pro\u00advid\u00aded for this pur\u00adpose; no lia\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty is accept\u00aded for valu\u00adables oth\u00ader\u00adwise brought into the pool area.<\/p>

(2) Any items found must be hand\u00aded in at the pool cash desk against receipt. These will be kept in accor\u00addance with the legal reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions or hand\u00aded over to the author\u00adi\u00adties.<\/p>

(3) No lia\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty is accept\u00aded for the theft or loss of unat\u00adtend\u00aded valu\u00adables (cell phone, wal\u00adlet, etc.).<\/p>

2.9 Con\u00adsump\u00adtion of food, alco\u00adhol and bev\u00ader\u00adages<\/p>

(1) Food and drinks may only be con\u00adsumed in the des\u00adig\u00adnat\u00aded areas.<\/p>

(2) The use of glass\u00adware is pro\u00adhib\u00adit\u00aded in the bare\u00adfoot area.<\/p>

2.10. Mis\u00adcel\u00adla\u00adneous<\/p>

(1) Any kind of com\u00admer\u00adcial activ\u00adi\u00adty or adver\u00adtis\u00ading in the area of the bathing facil\u00adi\u00adty requires the con\u00adsent of the own\u00ader of the facil\u00adi\u00adty.<\/p>

(2) The gen\u00ader\u00adal smok\u00ading ban in Sec\u00adtion 13 (1) of the Tobac\u00adco and Non-Smok\u00ading Act (TNRSG) applies.
